The infamous Henry Miller wrote this bundle of porn sketches to make ends meet in the 1940s. The original limited copies were sold restrictedly for a few anonymous celebrated people in the Hollywood society. Published posthumously, as Opus Pistorum, it was initially responded with a legal prohibition by the US.
During his stay in Paris, one can only imagine his crazy and wild adventures, striding over lustful pavements and corners, eternally hungry for love or so. It might have been the curious air in Paris. Or perhaps it was just his bewildering way of life, to put it mildly.
This is a boy toy. A hardcore. It has totally sexually explicit contents; mostly sickening, vulgar, obnoxious, and shocking scenes of various sexual intercourses spiced up with booze and drugs. There are definitely the major ornamentations of boys’ fantasy of going awry: gangbangs, stripper’s act, incest’s incidents, lesbian’s party, religious fetishes, paedophilian things, animal things, including anal sex up and down the whole book. This is not recommended, strongly. Normal people would read two pages and throw up. I hung onto a pillow, biting my knuckles, and swallowed the whole truth with my inside constantly churning. I became a new person after that… Unavoidably a screwed one, haha.
Never to forget though, this is a Henry Miller’s, not a Rocco Siffredi’s diary nor the Monster Dick’s film script (did I hear someone scream in horror? Or pleasure? ). With his typical grace of guileful self-mocking, poignant satire and despairing voice, Miller set about these painfully unique porn sketches instead of mere banal orgasmic let-outs. It’s the dark and depressed psyche of horrifying scattered filthy, lonely, sex addicts wandering the streets of Paris for the sake of something deep, ingrained, and ugly. It’s more than disturbing. It’s absolutely, torturingly SICK. Henry Miller, ladies and gents… Enjoy. Or try to.
